I don’t know how this started but all of a sudden Fer had turned the kitchen into a full blown cake bakery and was visiting cake decorating trade fairs around the UK for inspiration. For a solid 2 years he excelled in making decorated cakes, red velvet in particular, celebrating birthdays & weddings for family and friends and any other excuse. This all stopped on the day Fer was offered a large amount of money to cater for a huge wedding with 500 guests. Bored with cake making, he moved on to transfer his law degree, conquer the piano and is currently learning to play the violin (each within a 2 year window it seems).
