Fer began a plant based diet late in 2019, possibly the hardest time to do this with Christmas, birthday and work trips looming.. never say never to Fer. I joined in (the eating part) early 2020 once I’d seen the quality (and quantity) of food coming out of the kitchen. Both of us continued with it once we also discovered the health benefits and enjoyed the distraction once covid hit. Life became fully plant based in London with added local fish and those delicious gambas rojas in Alicante.

2022…This lasted throughout the pandemic, until restaurants began re-opening 18 months later…it was a terrific project which kept us busy :)

Now we enjoy all foods once more - this time with a much healthier balance between plants, dairy and fish/meat. It was a really fascinating, fun, sometimes deeply annoying & educational project which kept us occupied those long days of lockdown 😊
